• Any emergencies during the Elements Music Festival should be reported to 911 right away. The event isheld at the Pocono Internation Raceway, and any complaints

• Pocono International Raceway was granted a Variance from the Tunkhannock Township Zoning HearingBoard to be permitted to hold one (1) event annually past 1:00 AM.
• Tunkhannock Township Board of Supervisors has advanced all legal arguments available in order toprotect its resident’s peaceful enjoyment of their property on the dates of the Elements Musical Festival.We worked with Pocono International Raceway to no avail.
