F. Public Comments
Betty Terrell-Cruz: Would like to know if a concerned group of residents would want to plant trees in Mt. Terrace Estates to help with the run off causing issues for developments below them, what would need to be done? The board indicated they would need to get permission from the owner of the property that the retention ponds are located on to get their permission to plant trees. Supervisor Davenport noted what ever is planted would have to be a hardy tree to begin with because of the amount of running water that occurs. He offered to show Betty how big the drainage area is and how difficult that would be to accomplish. The board also suggested they check with the conservation district for assistance or help. Mr. Gillen offered to purchase the seedlings and donate them if they need them.
